At Craven SPORT services, we have partnered with Alison Friesen, Registered Dietitian in Saskatoon, to provide athletes and non-athletes with nutritional support. There are benefits to having a healthy diet, but it is necessary to combine healthy eating with healthy living. Getting active is essential for getting healthy.
