Fit 4 Life


Training focused on introducing and continually improve all aspects of physical fitness with the primary goal of keeping you healthy and enjoying everything life has to offer.

When:
Mondays from 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Mondays & Thursdays from 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Cost: $300+gst for 24 sessions

Who: Ages 19 and up.

Supervised Training


All Craven SPORT services clients can now come and train in our gym during designated times. This is a supervised training time for you to complete your training program perscribed by one of our Physiotherapists or Strength and Conditioning Coaches in our gym while supervised by one of our staff.

When:
Tuesday & Thursday from 7:30am - 8:30am

Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Monday & Thursday from 5:00pm - 6:00pm

Cost:  $100+gst for 10 supervised training sessions

Cycling Strength


Train like the pros so you can cycle with ease!

This program includes:

Indoor Bike Training sessions that are as close as you can get to real biking. Sessions run from 6:00pm - 7:00pm. Bring your own Bike Trainer and complete bike challenges as a group using our PerfPRO Monitoring software with live feedback.
*Bike trainers can be stored at our clinic between sessions.

Strength sessions run from 7:00pm - 8:00pm and are designed for both new and experienced individuals and will include strength and mobility exercises to help improve your performance.

When:
Tuesdays from 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Cost: $240+gst for 10 sessions

Fit 4 Bone and Joint Health


This is an introductory class taught by a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Bonefit Instructor.

This exercise class is for you if:

  • You have Osteoporosis or Arthritis in any of your joints
  • You've found yourself worrying more about your pain and fear of falling, rather than living your life.
  • You want to begin an exercise program to get stronger and improve your balance.

The program includes:

  • Initial assessment
  • An interactive exercise class with exercises to improve posture, balance, mobility and strength
  • Education on bone and joint health
  • Home program and tracking sheet
  • Post-program assessment

When:
Fridays from 1:00pm - 2:00pm

Cost: $225+gst for 16 weeks

Strong (Her)


Work with other women who are empowered to get stronger in 2017!

This beginner program is designed by women, for women and is taught by one of our Strength and Conditioning Coaches.
Learn to lift weights with proper technique to get stronger.
Learn to feel comfortable and confident lifting weights on your own.

When:
Thursdays from 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Saturdays from 11:30am -12:30pm

Cost: $150+gst for 6 weeks

Who: All ages are welcome!
