Strength and conditioning is a specialized training regime that focuses on improving athletic performance and overall wellness with scientifically backed knowledge.

Get expert coaching and see your strength, speed, agility, balance, coordination, endurance and anaerobic conditioning improve. All of these target areas are essential for living a balanced, healthy life.

Our strength and conditioning specialists perform fitness tests in order to design effective programs to improve whole body fitness and strength. Complete programs include training guidance based on your goals and on proper technique to avoid stress and injury while also improving your performance.

Physiotherapy Preventative Training & Personal Training

Individual 1/2 hour sessions: $60+gst
Individual 1 hour sessions: $100+gst
*Sessions available for purchase in Individual Packages, 10 Session Packages, & 20 Session Packages
**Discounted rates are available with the purchase of a 20 session package

Training Packages for Groups & Teams

Small Group Sessions (<12 Participants):

Performance Package: $100+gst for 1 hour OR $1800+gst for 20/1 hour sessions
High Performance Package: $115+gst for 1 hour OR $2000+gst for 20/1 hour sessions
*Set up fee not included in price

Large Group Sessions (>12 Participants):

Performance Package: $150+gst for 1 hour OR $2700 for 20/1 hour sessions
High Performance Package: $165+gst for 1 hour OR $3000 for 20/1 hour sessions
*Set up fee not included in price
