Health Screening
All clients are asked to reflect on how they are feeling prior to attending an in-person appointment at CSS.
If you experiencing any of the following symptoms on the day of your appointment, please contact our team to discuss temporary alternatives to in-person care. In many cases, we are happy to seamlessly transfer your appointment to virtual, using our ‘Craven CONNECT @ HOME’ online platform.
- Fever of 38C (100.4F) or higher
- New or worsened cough or shortness of breath
- Sore throat
- New or heightened congestion
- Muscle aches, joint pain, or heightened fatigue related to the flu
- New loss of your sense of smell or taste
Masks
CLIENTS: Masking is optional for clients in all CSS facilities.
STAFF: All treating staff (physiotherapists, strength & conditioning coaches) will follow the philosophy of ‘client-directed masking’ while working in close proximity to their clients. This means that our team will follow their client’s lead to ensure a comfortable experience receiving care.
Note: While some front-desk staff may elect to work without a mask, we strongly encourage clients who would prefer to interact with these individuals while masked to simply let them know. They will always have a mask nearby and will happily wear it at any point during your payment or booking process.
MASSAGE: Please note that our massage therapists will also continue to implement a masking policy that feels appropriate to each therapist’s practice. Both Lakyn and Karlyn will follow the philosophy of ‘client-directed masking’ while working in close proximity to their clients. This means that they will both follow their client’s lead to ensure a comfortable experience receiving care. If you are feeling unwell, please consider rebooking your appointment for a later date.
Facility considerations
SANITIZING: Ongoing and frequent sanitizing of surfaces, treatment rooms, and equipment will be continued.
