This 12-week training program is focused on introducing and continually improving all aspects of physical fitness with the primary goal of fostering life-long health and fitness, and enabling you to enjoy everything life has to offer.
Participants of this Fit 4 Life complete strength-training programs designed to help them attain and maintain their health and fitness goals – all while providing education on “how to” maintain technical excellence!
Note: Completion of an Intro Package is required prior to joining this program!
