Run Strong Phase 2 is designed for graduates of our 6-week ‘Run Strong‘ program. Over the course of 12 weeks, participants will continue to build on the foundations of strength training for runners developed in their first cycle, advancing through more complex and challenging programs as they continue to build strength, mobility, and agility.
Please note: Completion of the Run Strong Phase I program is required prior to participation in Run Strong Phase 2.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Multi-session RUn STrong Phase II package purchases are considered final. Run Strong Phase II SESSIONS THAT ARE MISSED OR CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 12 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF CREDIT FOR THAT SESSION. IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING TO CANCEL OR RE-SCHEDULE A Run STrong Phase II Training SESSION ON THE MINDBODY APP, OUR ADMINISTRATORS WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU. Run strong Phase II CLASS CREDITS PURCHASED FOR A GIVEN PROGRAM CYCLE WILL EXPIRE FOLLOWING THE COMPLETION OF THat multi-week PERIOD.
