Run Strong Phase 2 is designed for graduates of our 6-week ‘Run Strong‘ program. Participants will continue to build on the foundations of strength training for runners developed in their first cycle, advancing through more complex and challenging programs as they continue to build strength, mobility, and agility. 
 
Please note: Completion of the Run Strong 6-week program is required prior to participation in Run Strong Phase 2.

Tuesdays: 7:00 – 8:00pm
Weekly sessions, starting January, 2020.

Run Strong Phase II SESSIONS THAT ARE MISSED OR CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 12 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF CREDIT FOR THAT SESSION.
