Run Strong is a 6-week training program created with the goal of assisting participants in becoming an efficient, focused, and powerful runner.
This program emphasizes running specific exercises that will advance throughout the progression of the course. We will discuss how proper strength training can improve your overall performance, speed and endurance, embracing the power of posture and form to take your running practice to the next level.
