The Mindful Runner is a 12-week training program created with the goal of assisting participants in becoming an efficient, focused, and mindful runner.
This program focuses on running specific exercises that will advance throughout the progression of the course. We will discuss how mindful breathing can improve your overall performance, speed and endurance, as well as how to bring synergy to your trunk and pelvis to get you moving with precision. You’ll connect both mentally and physically during this 12-week practice is you become The Mindful Runner.
