Abbey is a 4^th year Kinesiology student at U of S who obtained her CSEP-CPT in February of 2023. She was born and raised in Saskatoon and was involved in various sports growing up. Primarily, basketball and volleyball were the two that she dedicated most of her time to before beginning her post-secondary education.

Abbey has a passion for helping individuals reach their strength and conditioning goals with a keen interest in working with individuals with osteoarthritis. She has gained lots of experience teaching movement control and strength & conditioning as a volunteer with the Craven SPORT Services Osteoarthritis Program.

When she’s not at work, you can find Abbey staying active with friends and family. She enjoys strength training, traveling, playing recreational basketball and volleyball, and dominating in family pickleball tournaments!
