Here's what you need to know about the CSS Cancellation & Refund Policy
We ask that all sessions or appointments at Craven SPORT Services are cancelled or modified with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Why?
- Our facilities are very busy, and several of our therapists and S&C coaches have waitlists of future clients hoping to receive their care
- Advanced cancellations allow for equitable and widespread treatment access
- Last-minute cancellations or re-schedules hinder the ability of our administrative team to fill these appointments with other clients, reducing the efficiency of our staff and facilities.
CSS reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50.00 for one hour missed appointments and $25.00 for half hour missed appointments, or when less than 24 hours cancellation notice is provided prior to a client’s scheduled appointment time. After two or more late cancellations/no shows, the client will be required to pay for the full amount of the appointment.
PERSONAL TRAINING
CSS reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50.00 for one hour missed appointments and $25.00 for half hour missed appointments, or when less than 24 hours cancellation notice is provided prior to a client’s scheduled appointment time. After two or more late cancellations/no shows, the client will be required to pay for the full amount of the appointment.
Purchases of personal training packages are considered final.
INTRO PACKAGES
CSS reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50.00 for one hour missed appointments and $25.00 for half hour missed appointments, or when less than 24 hours cancellation notice is provided prior to a client’s scheduled appointment time. After two or more late cancellations/no shows, the client will be required to pay for the full amount of the appointment.
Purchases of Intro Packages are considered final.
SUPERVISED TRAINING
Sessions cancelled or re-scheduled with less than 12 hours notice will result in the loss of credit for that session.
Purchases of Supervised Training packages are considered final.
Osteoarthritis program
Missed or cancelled sessions will result in the loss of credit for that session, regardless of amount of notice provided. Exceptions will be addressed on a case-by-case basis when three or more consecutive sessions are missed due to injury, surgery, or other related medical concern.
Purchases of Osteoarthritis Exercise Intervention Program sessions are considered final. Credits purchased for a given cycle will expire following the completion of that 8-week period.
TECHNICAL ASSESSMENTS
CSS reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $50.00 for one hour missed assessment and $25.00 for half hour missed assessment, or when less than 24 hours cancellation notice is provided prior to a client’s scheduled assessment time. After two or more late cancellations/no shows, the client will be required to pay for the full amount of the assessment.
Purchases of Technical Assessments are considered final.
