Welcome to Step 1 of your ongoing health and fitness journey with the CSS Training Centre!
The Craven SPORT Services Training Centre Intro Package is designed as a functional movement assessment and on-boarding process for clients new to strength & conditioning with Craven SPORT Services. As you complete your Intro Package, your strength & conditioning coach will better understand how you move, identify areas in need of improvement, and build an individualized exercise program and ongoing training plan to help you meet your goals. You’ll also gain a familiarity with our facility and our unique approach to training known as the ‘Craven Method’.
Your CSS Intro Pack will include:
Three sessions with a Strength & Conditioning Coach designed to familiarize you with the space, discuss your training experience and goals, assess how you move, and create a customized exercise plan unique to you.
- Your first session focuses on a functional movement assessment and conversation of your history and goals. You can expect this session to take 45-50 minutes (followed by an additional 10-15 minute of admin team from your coach).
- Your second session will include a follow-up conversation on the outcomes of your functional movement assessment, a review of how to read a program, and an introduction to important movement patterns. You can expect this session to take 60 minutes.
- Your third session will involve a full run-through of your new program, and the development of a long-term training plan moving forward. You can expect this session to take 60 minutes.

During your Intro Package, our Strength & Conditioning Coaches will help you identify your health and fitness goals, then work alongside you to build an individualized exercise program that will best meet your needs, and ensure your success in future Training Centre programming.
After completing your Intro Package, your Strength & Conditioning Coach will work alongside you to determine which CSS Training Centre programs will best meet your needs and goals moving forward. After completing an Intro Package, you will be ready to participate in:
ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING
Work individually with a Strength & Conditioning coach to build strength, confidence and skill.
SUPERVISED TRAINING
A small-group environment in which participants work on their individualized exercise programs, under the supervision of a Strength & Conditioning Coach.
SPECIALIZED GROUP PROGRAMS
Work alongside like-minded individuals as you meet your health and fitness goals with one of our multi-week programs, each with a unique centralized focus.
Please note that completion of your third intro pack session (wherein a personalized program is provided and reviewed) is required prior to participation in ongoing Training Centre programming.

Book your Intro Pack by contacting our Administrative Team at (306)986-3548. They will work with you to find times that work best for your schedule, and to pair you with a Strength & Conditioning Coach who will best fit your needs, goals, and schedule!

CANCELLATION POLICY: INTRO PACKAGE PURCHASES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. INTRO PACK SESSIONS CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF THAT SESSION. MISSED SESSIONS MAY BE REBOOKED AT A FEE OF $50/SESSION. IF YOU NEED TO RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL AN INTRO PACK SESSION, PLEASE CONTACT OUR ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM DIRECTLY.
COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS: UNDER THE PHILOSOPHY OF ‘CLIENT-DIRECTED MASKING’, MASKS ARE OPTIONAL BUT WELCOMED FOR CLIENTS, WHILST TREATING STAFF WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF CONTINUING TO MASK OR FOLLOWING THEIR CLIENTS’ LEAD. ALL INTRO PACK SALES WILL REMAIN FINAL, THOUGH CANCELLATION AND REBOOKING FEES WILL BE WAIVED IF CLIENT IS EXPERIENCING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS OR FAILS TO PASS OUR DAILY SYMPTOM SCREENING. IF SESSIONS NEED TO BE POSTPONED DUE TO EITHER CLIENT COMFORT LEVEL OR GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS, ACCOUNT CREDIT WILL BE PROVIDED TO BE USED IN THE FUTURE.
