Individual Training provides one-on-one sessions designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. These sessions provide you with dedicated attention and time between you and a Strength & Conditioning Coach. A program is designed specifically to help you reach your goals, and is modified and built upon as the training process advances to ensure you achieve maximum results.
Individual one-hour training sessions

Individual half-hour training sessions
Single session: $65.00
Mini group one-hour training sessions: Split the cost and workout with your friends! You’ll get one program with the ability to make adaptations if needed for each person. Maximum 3 clients/group.
