One-on-one training, to help you
meet your goals!

Individual Training provides one-on-one sessions designed to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. These sessions provide you with dedicated attention and time between you and a Strength & Conditioning Coach. A program is designed specifically to help you reach your goals, and is modified and built upon as the training process advances to ensure you achieve maximum results.

PRICING

Individual (one-to-one sessions):

Single session (60 minutes): $100.00
10-pack (60 minutes): $900.00

Single session (30 minutes): $65.00

 

Partner training (two-to-one sessions):

Single session (60 minutes): $50.00/participant
10-pack (60 minutes): $45.00/participant

 

Mini-group training (three-to-one sessions):

Single session: $40.00/participant
10-pack: $36.00/participant

CANCELLATION POLICY:  PURCHASES OF PERSONAL TRAINING MULTI-PACKS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. CRAVEN SPORT SERVICES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE OF $50.00 FOR ONE HOUR MISSED APPOINTMENTS AND $25.00 FOR HALF HOUR MISSED APPOINTMENTS, OR WHEN LESS THAN 24 HOURS CANCELLATION NOTICE IS PROVIDED PRIOR TO A CLIENT’S SCHEDULED ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING SESSIONS, OR THE VALUE OF THE CLASS FOR ANY SUPERVISED, MULTI-WEEK OR TEAM TRAINING SESSIONS. IF THE NEED TO CANCEL A PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION ARISES, PLEASE DO SO BY CONTACTING OUR ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM DIRECTLY. 

COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS: UNDER THE PHILOSOPHY OF ‘CLIENT-DIRECTED MASKING’, MASKS ARE OPTIONAL BUT WELCOMED FOR CLIENTS, WHILST TREATING STAFF WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF CONTINUING TO MASK OR FOLLOWING THEIR CLIENTS’ LEAD. ALL PERSONAL TRAINING SALES WILL REMAIN FINAL, THOUGH CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE WAIVED IF CLIENT IS EXPERIENCING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS OR FAILS TO PASS OUR DAILY SYMPTOM SCREENING. IF SESSIONS NEED TO BE POSTPONED DUE TO EITHER CLIENT COMFORT LEVEL OR GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS, ACCOUNT CREDIT WILL BE PROVIDED TO BE USED IN THE FUTURE. In your first session, expect a comprehensive assessment where your Strength & Conditioning Coach evaluates your fitness level, discusses your goals, and introduces you to the training environment. This session sets the foundation for a tailored program designed to meet your unique needs, ensuring a personalized approach to achieving your fitness objectives.
Absolutely. Our coaches are skilled in designing programs that accommodate injuries, focusing on safe, effective exercises that promote recovery and prevent further issues. We work closely with you to understand your limitations and tailor a program that supports your health and fitness journey.
Progress tracking is a collaborative effort between you and your personal trainer. Through regular assessments, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions, we monitor your advancements, adjusting your program as needed to ensure you’re on track to meeting your goals. This personalized approach helps maintain motivation and celebrates your achievements.

Thursdays: 7:00am – 7:00pm

Saturdays: 9:00 – 4:00pm (Training Centre only)
