Staff and front desk staff are all very polite and kind. I was treated here for concussion protocol and now being treated for a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder (both WCB claims), and I highly recommend this facility. Everyone is very knowledgeable and work with you for the best possible recovery outcome.

This was my first time going to physiotherapy, and I never expected it to be so effective. Thanks to Jantz Sawatsky, my recovery has been amazing. He is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about his patients. I never thought I would be able to feel ready to go back to work, but Jantz helped me regain my strength and confidence. I'm truly grateful for all his help and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent physiotherapist. Thank you, Jantz!

I've seen two different physiotherapists at Craven in the past, and they've both been excellent! I also see Lakyn for massage and she's so kind, thorough and I always have a good experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I sadly didn't get the fellas name, but at the sask marathon today I had a medical event around km 41.5. After the paramedics released me some one in a craven shirt noticed I was not OK, came over to help me and probably spent a solid 20 minutes getting carbs and fluids back in me and supporting me while I attempted to get back walking. Just a stand up guy, I really appreciated it, and I wanted to say thanks. Hopefully this makes it to the right person!

The physio therapist was great but the front desk office administration is bad. They are friendly and seem generally annoyed when you arrive to be checked in for your appointment or call them. For that reason alone I will be going elsewhere.

I recently booked a running assessment here and will be going every few weeks to develop exercises to improve my form. My teacher is a complete geek for running and I'm learning a lot, very quickly.
