Stretch Out Your Run is our specialized post-run mobility program, meticulously designed and led by our expert Physiotherapists and Strength & Conditioning coaches at Craven SPORT Services

OnTrack Running Club is a weekly running program designed to elevate your fitness journey while keeping your body in top-notch condition. Whether you’re a beginner looking to prepare for your first race, an experienced runner aiming to improve your pace, a brand new runner, or someone returning to running after an injury or break, OnTrack is here to help you meet your specific needs and goals.

A 16 week course designed to help you enhance your mobility, prevent injuries, strengthen your core, and expedite recovery.

DETAILS

Stretch Out Your Run helps its participants to maintain an active lifestyle through weekly group stretches where members can connect with fellow participants, strengthen their core, reduce muscle soreness, and enhance their recovery.

The program will be led by Craven SPORT Services staff, as well as special guests.

Stretch Out Your Run aims to foster a supportive community by providing an platform where participants can ask questions, exchange tips, and support one another as they progress through the program together.

MEET YOUR COACHES

Bruce Craven is an expert physiotherapist at Craven SPORT services in Saskatoon. He works closely with high performance athletes and oversees the mentorship of physiotherapists across the CSS team.

Bruce Craven, Craven SPORT services Partner & Physiotherapist

Bruce is an internationally recognized Sport Physiotherapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach, with over 31 years of experience working with athletes in over 40 different sports, competing at provincial, national, international and Olympic/Paralympic competitions. Bruce has his Diploma in Sport Physiotherapy, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Associate clinical professor at the University of Saskatchewan School of Physical Therapy, a sessional lecturer in the College of Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan, an instructor for the National Coaches Association of Canada, and a member of the Canadian Sport Center’s National Sport Medicine and Science Committee. Bruce is a highly-sought presenter who couples expertise with skilled teaching abilities.

Ashley Fee, Craven SPORT services Strength & Conditioning Coach

 Ashley is a graduate from the College of Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan and throughout her degree she obtained her Certified Personal Trainer certification. Outside of being a strength coach at Craven SPORT Services she focuses her time on a research project improving physical literacy in young children. Growing up she enjoyed all things physical activity and played a variety of sports but focused her time on dance. Now, she enjoys playing recreational sports, outdoor activities, and running! 

Brandi Venne, Craven SPORT Services OnTrack Lead/Coach

Brandi is a passionate runner in Saskatoon, and was even coached by Craven SPORT Services physiotherpist and partner, Bruce Craven! She places 2nd in the province for women in the 2023 Sask Marathon, and ran another marathon in 2 hours and 56 minutes in October of 2023.

Brandi now competes in Masters track events, as well as coaches clinics for all levels at Brainsport in Saskatoon. She is also a certified CanFitPro, making her a great asset here at Craven.

In her spare time, Brandi considers running both a love and an escape. Whether it’s an easy run listening to music and socializing with a friend, or doing a hard workout, running keeps her both sane and happy!

Fridays: 7:00am – 6:00pm
Saturdays: 9:00 – 4:00pm (Training Centre only)
