I recently booked a running assessment here and will be going every few weeks to develop exercises to improve my form. My teacher is a complete geek for running and I'm learning a lot, very quickly.

I would recommend Craven to anyone and everyone (and I do!). Emily at the training centre has been amazing. I will miss her dearly as she will be leaving to continue her education.

I have been going to Craven gym for almost two years. I have found every trainer to be knowledgeable and “on the spot” for questions, adjustments and support. I am in the elder group and appreciate having my own station with equipment easily available and a trainer nearby.

Dean is the best physio trainer. Very helpful in correcting bad posture, bad knees, and bad shoulders all while making it fun and helping me push myself forward every training session.

The best training centre! I’ve been working out here for 1.5yrs and they’re truly the best people to work with. Every trainer is motivating, supportive and provides recommendations even if they’re not the ones training you. The admin team is the absolute best and always so accommodating. If you’ve ever felt discouraged or unmotivated to get fit and healthy this is the place to go! Thankful for my journey at Craven 😊

Some of the most incredible human beings I've met to date work at Craven. Passionate and professional people who go above and beyond for their clients, and who actually, genuinely care about them.
