Now it’s time to put it to work!

Supervised Training sessions provide allocated times to complete your individualized training program, prepared in advance by either a Craven SPORT Services physiotherapist or strength and conditioning coach. Every program is unique, and developed to meet your needs, goals, and potential vulnerabilities. In a small-group environment and under the supervision of one of our strength and conditioning coaches, you’ll complete your exercise program, building strength, avoiding injury, and progressing toward your goals!

Participation in Supervised Training requires either:

The completion of a Training Centre Intro Pack with a CSS strength and conditioning coach

Supervised Training

Receiving a personalized exercise program from a Craven SPORT Services physiotherapist

(requires at least one 60-minute initial assessment appointment)

Supervised Training sessions are available during our Flex Training Times, offered daily at the CSS Training Centre.

Sessions are 60 minutes in duration, and begin every half-hour during Flex Training. Check out the Supervised Training schedule on our Online Class Schedule!

Are you over 50 years old, and looking for a dedicated supervised training time
with like-minded individuals?

Join our mature adult supervised training times, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00-2:00pm with S&C coach Abbey!

CANCELLATION POLICY: Purchases of supervised training multi-packs are considered final. SUPERVISED TRAINING SESSIONS THAT ARE MISSED OR CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF CREDIT FOR THAT SESSION. IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING TO CANCEL OR RE-SCHEDULE A SUPERVISED TRAINING SESSION ON THE MINDBODY APP, OUR ADMINISTRATORS WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU.

COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS: UNDER THE PHILOSOPHY OF ‘CLIENT-DIRECTED MASKING’, MASKS ARE OPTIONAL BUT WELCOMED FOR CLIENTS, WHILST TREATING STAFF WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF CONTINUING TO MASK OR FOLLOWING THEIR CLIENTS’ LEAD. ALL SUPERVISED TRAINING PACKAGE SALES WILL REMAIN FINAL, THOUGH CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE WAIVED IF CLIENT IS EXPERIENCING COVID-19 SYMPTOMS OR FAILS TO PASS OUR DAILY SYMPTOM SCREENING. IF SESSIONS NEED TO BE POSTPONED DUE TO EITHER CLIENT COMFORT LEVEL OR GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS, ACCOUNT CREDIT WILL BE PROVIDED TO BE USED IN THE FUTURE. Supervised training at Craven SPORT Services is a small-group training session where participants complete their individualized exercise programs under the guidance of a strength and conditioning coach. These sessions ensure you perform exercises correctly, safely, and effectively, maximizing the benefits of your workout while minimizing the risk of injury.
Anyone looking to improve their fitness, recover from an injury, or enhance their athletic performance can benefit from supervised training. Whether you’re new to exercise, returning from an injury, or an athlete looking to optimize your training, supervised sessions provide the support and expertise to help you achieve your goals.
During a supervised training session, you’ll work on your personalized exercise program in a small-group setting. A strength and conditioning coach will supervise the session, providing instruction, feedback, and modifications as needed to ensure you’re performing exercises correctly and progressing towards your goals.
