Ashley Larmour
Strength & Conditioning Coach
B.Sc(Kin), CSEP-CPT
Ashley grew up in Chitek Lake before moving to Saskatoon for postsecondary school. In November 2022, she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree with Honours and Great Distinction from the University of Saskatchewan. Ashley obtained her CSEP-CPT certification in April 2022 and has been gaining knowledge and experience in the area of strength and conditioning since then.
Growing up, she played many sports but primarily participated in dance. When she’s not working, Ashley enjoys being active with her friends and family and participating in activities such as hiking, skiing, camping, and fishing.
At CSS, you can find Ashley running Supervised Training sessions or working with private clients!
