With 12 years of experience in customer service, Caitlyn knows how to make people feel heard, helped, and valued—and that’s exactly what makes her such a great fit at Craven. She’s passionate about providing the best possible experience for clients and is proud to be part of a company that genuinely cares about their wellbeing.
Outside of work, Caitlyn’s world is full of love, laughter, and a little bit of Swiftie magic. She shares her home with two adorable cats, Louie and Miranda, and has been with her boyfriend for seven years. Whether she’s out for a walk or bike ride by the river, enjoying time with family and friends, or reading, she knows how to make the most of every moment.
And speaking of big accomplishments—Caitlyn set a major goal for 2025: finally getting her driver’s license. After putting it off for years, she has passed her road test and we couldn’t be prouder of her determination! Next on her list? Heading back to school to sharpen her skills and grow even more as an Administrative Assistant.
