Karalee was born and raised in Nipawin, Saskatchewan. She always had a passion for sport and competed in as many as possible. After high school, she secured a volleyball scholarship and moved to Olds, Alberta where she earned a Business Administration diploma in 2016.

Following her diploma, Karalee pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Clinical Exercise Physiology in Montreal, Quebec, graduating in 2022. Seeking adventure, she traveled to New Zealand in 2023, where she worked and traveled for a year.

Now back in her home province, Karalee is enthusiastic about advancing in the management side of the health and wellness industry. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, brazilian jiu jitsu, practicing yoga, and spending time with her new puppy, Toby.
