Melissa graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in 2006, followed by a Masters of Physical Therapy in 2010. She has practiced in a busy rehabilitation clinic since!
Melissa enjoys working as a physiotherapist, as she loves helping others resume their activities and exercise after an injury, as well as promoting an overall active lifestyle in our community! Melissa also hopes to develop a program for Irish dance that she will then provide to dance schools in Saskatoon.
In her time outside of work, Melissa competes in synchronized skating, does Irish dance, and runs (her last race was the QCM marathon relay). She also loves her 4:30am workouts! Melissa is a busy mother of two, with a daughter in competitive gymnastics and Irish dance, and a son who plays hockey and soccer. Her husband also plays hockey… so after it all they have about 12 spare minutes of time each week!
