Before your first session:
BOOK YOUR INTRO PACKAGE
Many of our programs require the completion of a Training Centre Intro Package prior to participation. This stands true for Personal Training, Supervised Training (unless referred by a physiotherapist), Progressional Training, Learn to Move, Strong(HIM), and Fit 4 Life. Not sure whether the program you’ve selected requires an Intro Pack? Call our administrative team to confirm.
FILL OUT YOUR FORMS
Prior to your first session, you will receive forms (via email) from your Strength & Conditioning Coach, that can be completed and brought with you to your first session or submitted digitally.
During your first session:
Unless otherwise indicated, your training session will take place at the Craven SPORT services Training Centre (#10-632 1st Avenue N, Saskatoon).

Co-ed change room (with private, lockable changing stalls) (temporarily unavailable due to COVID-19)

WHAT TO BRING:

WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Free parking is available on site.
If you arrive early for your session, please feel free to wait in our mud-room until your Strength and Conditioning Coach is available. Your Strength and Conditioning Coach will come get you when she/he is ready for you!
Note: The Craven SPORT services Training Centre has no ‘check in’ desk; your Strength and Conditioning Coach will be with you shortly.
It is our goal that by the end of your Intro Package you will have a better sense of how to move properly: promoting strength, form, and confidence!
After the completion of your Intro Package our Strength and Conditioning Coaches will help guide you in selecting ongoing CSS Strength & Conditioning Programming
that best suites your needs, goals, and your ‘why’.
