This beginner program is designed by women, for women, and is led by Strength & Conditioning Coach Susan Walsh. Participants of this program will learn to lift weights with proper technique to get stronger, and gain comfort and confidence lifting weights on their own!
Strong(HER) Phase 1 is for first time entrants into the program. Focus is on proper technique and the basics of weight lifting and movement.
After completing Strong(HER) Phase 1, participants are encouraged to continue their weight-training journey with involvement in ongoing Progressional Training through Strong(HER) Phase 2!
