Carson Blight

Carson was born and raised in Saskatoon and completed both his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with Great Distinction and Master’s in Physical Therapy at the University of Saskatchewan.

Growing up, Carson was involved in a variety of sports including football, soccer, golf, and hockey which helped Carson develop an early appreciation for movement, performance, and injury rehabilitation. His passion for athletics and strength training led him to work as a strength & conditioning coach throughout his post-secondary education, helping others improve performance, build confidence, and stay active.

As a physiotherapist, Carson takes an active, evidence-informed approach focused on movement quality and functional performance. He provides individualized care through education, exercise prescription, movement retraining, and hands-on therapy to help clients recover confidently and return to the activities they enjoy. He particularly enjoys working with orthopedic conditions and is one of the instructors for our OA program. 

Outside of the clinic, Carson enjoys spending time with friends and family, weightlifting, golfing, and playing hockey.
