Carson Blight

Physiotherapist
B.Sc(Kin), MPT

Carson was born and raised in Saskatoon and completed both his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology (2020) and his Masters in Physical Therapy (2023) at the University of Saskatchewan.

Growing up, Carson played a wide range of sports including football, soccer, and golf, with hockey always being his favourite. His involvement in sport sparked a passion for weightlifting and sport performance, leading him to work as a personal training and strength & conditioning coach throughout his post-secondary education.

As a physiotherapist, Carson integrates the fundamentals of movement, strength training, and athletic performance into his rehabilitation approach. He prioritizes a client-first philosophy, tailoring each treatment plan to individual goals and ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout their recovery. Carson incorporates education, thoughtful exercise selection, technique correction, and manual therapy to help clients confidently return to the activities they love.

Outside of work, Carson enjoys spending time with friends and family, weightlifting, playing hockey, and golfing—though he insists the golfing remains a work in progress.
