Supervised Training sessions provide allocated times to complete your individualized training program, prepared in advance by either a Craven SPORT Services physiotherapist or strength and conditioning coach. Every program is unique, and developed to meet your needs, goals, and potential vulnerabilities. In a small-group environment and under the supervision of one of our strength and conditioning coaches, you’ll complete your exercise program, building strength, avoiding injury, and progressing toward your goals!
Participation in Supervised Training requires either:
Receiving a personalized exercise program from a Craven SPORT Services physiotherapist!
(requires at least two 60-minute appointments)
Supervised Training sessions are offered at the CSS Training Centre.

During a supervised training session, you’ll work on your personalized exercise program in a small-group setting. A strength and conditioning coach will supervise the session, providing instruction, feedback, and modifications as needed to ensure you’re performing exercises correctly and progressing towards your goals.
Craven SPORT Services offers a uniquely integrated approach. Our S&C Coaches work closely with our physiotherapists, chiropractors, and other clinicians to ensure safe, effective, and individualized training.
Rather than using a one-size-fits-all workout plan, we focus on movement quality first, teaching proper technique and functional movement patterns that support lifelong health, performance, and injury prevention.
Strength & Conditioning (S&C) focuses on improving overall fitness, strength, mobility, endurance, and performance — whether for sport, health, or daily life. At Craven SPORT Services, our programs are led by certified S&C Coaches who use evidence-based training methods to help clients move better, feel stronger, and build resilience through all stages of life.
Our S&C programs are designed for everyone — from beginners wanting to build foundational strength to competitive athletes looking to enhance performance. We also work with youth, older adults, and individuals recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. Each program is tailored to your current ability, goals, and movement needs.
