B.Sc(PT), B.Sc(Kin), Dip.Sport (PT), FDN Practitioner, ISST Schroth Therapist

Adrienne was born in Saskatoon, where she attended Bedford Road Collegiate, followed by the University of Saskatchewan for a B.Sc in Kinesiology and a Masters of Physiotherapy. While attending the U of S, Adrienne played Huskies Soccer and worked as a student trainer with both the Track & Field and Football teams. Since completing her time at the U of S, Adrienne has taken part in a wide variety of continued education courses including her Sport Diploma.

Adrienne’s work experience has included time with the U of S Huskies, in Jasper, with the Pacific Sport Institute in Victoria, at the Rugby High Performance Centre with Rugby Canada, and contract work with Athletics Canada. Adrienne also recently returned from a sabbatical in Nottingham England, where she completed an advanced practice course and traveled to Trinidad with Athletics cross country teams. Adrienne believes that preparing people to succeed in sport, work, and daily life comes down to keeping active and building independence and accountability in one’s own health, with a helping hand from professionals like herself.

In her spare time, Adrienne teaches spin at Ryde YXE, and can regularly be found in the gym or on the river. She travels whenever possible, and enjoys cycling, surfing, paddle boarding, running and hiking wherever she goes. Adrienne also enjoys walking and reading at the same time (yes, it’s hazardous!), and cooking.
