Adrienne, our Manager of Sport, was born and raised in Saskatoon, where she attended Bedford Road Collegiate before earning her B.Sc. in Physiotherapy and Kinesiology with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan. During her time at the U of S, Adrienne played with the Saskatchewan Huskies women’s soccer while also working as a student trainer with the Huskies Track & Field and Football teams.

Passionate about lifelong learning, Adrienne has continued to expand her expertise through extensive post-graduate education. She has achieved the distinction of Diploma Sport Physiotherapist and completed advanced training in ISST Schroth Therapy, Functional Dry Needling, Orthopaedic Levels, advanced concussion management, Mental Health First Aid, and International Sport Physiotherapy, among many other certifications. Her dedication to education also extends into the classroom, where she regularly teaches as a sectional lecturer.

Adrienne’s experience spans both clinical practice and high-performance sport. She has worked with organizations including Athletics Canada, Rugby Canada, The CBL’s Rattlers, FIBA , and the entire span of University sports (hockey, basketball, soccer, volleyball , wrestling, football). Adrienne is equally passionate about youth development and grassroots sports.

Adrienne believes helping people succeed in sport, work, and everyday life starts with staying active, building independence, and taking ownership of one’s health with support from knowledgeable professionals. Outside the clinic and off the sidelines, she enjoys coaching youth soccer and other sporting ventures with her daughter, traveling with her family, and keeping active through cycling, lagree, basketball, paddle boarding, running, swimming, and strength training.
