Mackenzie graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a B.Sc.(Kin) with Great Distinction in 2008 before completing his Masters of Physical Therapy in 2010. Mackenzie has completed courses in the Manual Orthopaedic Level System, obtained his GunnIMS needling certification, and has completed other courses in NeuroReconditioning, vestibular rehabilitation, and concussion management.
Mackenzie’s practice has been centered around orthopaedic rehabilitation with a manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and needling focus. Mackenzie’s areas of interest include concussions, and vestibular rehabilitation, as well as neck, back and jaw pain.
Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons. He cycles to work and stays active with a combination of workouts, yoga, ultimate (frisbee), and running/triathlons. Mackenzie’s family enjoys the great outdoors and takes advantage of the summer months to camp whenever possible.
