Nikole Watson

Physiotherapist
B.Sc (Micr/Immu), MPT

Nikole graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology (2016) and a Master of Physical Therapy (2023). Her interest in rehabilitation was sparked by her own experiences navigating injuries and recovery. Having earned her black belt in martial arts at a young age and later competing in cross-country running, she developed an early appreciation for the resilience and adaptability of the human body and a lifelong interest in movement.

As a clinician, Nikole is dedicated to blending hands-on skills with evidence-based practice. She holds a certification in Biomedical Dry Needling (2025) and has contributed to published osteoarthritis research (2026), allowing her to bring the latest clinical insights to her patients. She has a special interest in orthopaedic rehabilitation, corrective exercise, osteoarthritis, and pain management. Nikole’s approach is rooted in collaboration; she creates goal-oriented treatment plans that align with her clients’ unique lifestyles, ensuring the process is both effective and enjoyable.

Outside of the clinic, Nikole can be found exploring the outdoors with her dog or bugging her partner to help with her latest home improvement project. She has a love for yoga, hiking, weight lifting, golf, and aerial sports including hoop and pole dance.
