Stacey’s journey into exercise science began as a competitive figure skater and multi-sport athlete in hockey, gymnastics, swimming, softball and triathlon. Growing up immersed in sport taught her discipline, resilience, and the importance of effective resistance training. These experiences not only shaped her athletic identity but also fuelled her curiosity about how the body develops, adapts, and thrives with proper conditioning. That passion ultimately led her to pursue a Ph.D. in Health Biosciences, specializing in pediatric exercise science, and to earn her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) designation. Stacey’s goal is to help her clients improve their wellbeing, health and performance through exercise. She hopes to pursue teaching and research in the future. Outside the clinic Stacey loves to play with her son, run, and drink good coffee.
