Tagen attended the University of Saskatchewan where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology and her Masters in Physical Therapy. During this time she was a student trainer for the Huskies Women’s basketball team and supported the Huskies Football team during their 2020 season.
She played Volleyball throughout high school and now plays recreationally whenever possible. Tagen fostered an interest in exercise training and sports therapy through her studies in kinesiology, and now uses these principles in both her professional and personal life. She has experience working with club football teams including the Saskatoon Hilltops and the Saskatoon Valkyries.
Tagen uses a combination of exercise and manual therapy to help clients achieve their goals. She currently has a special interest in helping clients with hypermobility, EDS, and POTS return to or maintain an active lifestyle. Other areas of interest include rehab for knee, hip, and ankle injuries.
Outside of work, Tagen enjoys playing music, visiting new thrift shops, weight training, and playing rec volleyball.
