Tagen grew up in Cold Lake, Alberta, but moved to Saskatoon in 2017 for post-secondary. She obtained her Bachelor’s of Kinesiology and her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan.
She played Volleyball for her school teams and on club teams, and now plays recreationally whenever possible. Tagen fostered an interest in exercise training through her studies in kinesiology, and now uses these principles in both her professional and personal life. She was a student trainer for the Huskies women’s basketball team and the Huskies football team, and now works with the Saskatoon Hilltops and Valkyries teams.
Tagen is interested in all things orthopedic, and uses a client-centered approach to care to ensure every client feels heard. She uses a blend of manual therapy and exercise to help meet client’s goals.
Outside of work, Tagen enjoys playing music, collecting houseplants, visiting new coffee shops, and spending time with family and friends.
