DETAILS

OnTrack Run Club helps its participants to maintain an active lifestyle through weekly group runs where members can connect with fellow participants, schedule group runs, and experience the power of collective motivation.

Each week, the running group will be divided into 3 groups to help accommodate all skill levels. There will be a walk/run group, a beginner interval group, and an advanced interval group.

Run Club will be led by members of the Prairie Run Crew, Craven SPORT Services coaches, as well as special guests.

OnTrack aims to foster a supportive community by providing a platform where participants can ask questions, exchange tips, and support one another as they progress through the program together.
