The Registered Dietitians at Vitality Nutrition work with the team at CSS to provide our clients with access to their integrative, meaningful and scientific approach that uses food to enhance energy, performance and overall health!

Vitality Nutrition offers individualized and lifestyle coaching to help you reach your health and performance goals.

Courtney Santoro (Berg)

Courtney is a Registered Dietitian who takes a holistic approach to health, blending evidence-based nutrition with sustainable lifestyle habits that support the whole person. Her work is rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from nourishing the body while also tending to sleep, mindset, movement, and meaningful connection. Whether guiding clients through life transitions or performance goals, Courtney brings warmth, expertise, and a commitment to long-term well-being.

Darian Kotchorek

Darian Kotchorek is a Registered Dietitian who grew up playing numerous sports, which sparked her passion for understanding how nutrition fuels both performance and long-term health. She enjoys building her strength through CrossFit and Olympic lifting, spending time outdoors, connecting with family and friends, and exploring new foods and cuisines!

Hannah Murray

Hannah Murray is a Registered Dietitian who was born and raised in Saskatoon. In addition to her education in nutrition, Hannah has a Bachelors of Kinesiology, and brings these unique fields together in the promotion of well-rounded health and fitness for her clients. Hannah is registered with the Saskatchewan Registry of Autism Service Providers to support children under the ASD Individualized Funding Program. Hannah also has specialized training to support individuals with eating disorders or disordered eating.

Hannah’s primary areas of focus include:

  • Eating disorders: anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and avoidant restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID)

Jasmine is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) based in Saskatchewan, offering virtual nutrition support tailored to each client’s unique journey. Jasmine has a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Saskatchewan and a diverse background in community nutrition, outpatient counseling, and health education. Jasmine’s philosophy centers on meeting clients where they are and exploring sustainable and meaningful strategies to achieve their health goals!

Based in Calgary, Nadia offers virtual consultations to clients across Alberta and Saskatchewan. Family Nutrition

Every family is unique—and so are their nutritional needs. We take a holistic approach that considers your lifestyle, routines, and health goals to uncover any underlying challenges and build a personalized plan that works for your whole family. Our team offers practical, evidence-based guidance to support healthy habits, balanced meals, and long-term wellness for every stage of life. These sessions are ideal for families looking for general support with nutrition and meal planning. It is also suited for families looking for in-depth and collaborative care to support a family with unique needs (eg. family nutrition meetings for a child with an eating disorder). Our family nutrition services include:

  • Nutrition education and guidance to meet the nutrient needs of the family
  • Collaborative care with the entire family to support the unique needs of a child or family member (eg. eating disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, selective eating)
  • Customized meal planning and snack recommendations
  • Grocery list and kid-friendly recipe guides
  • Managing childhood mealtime issues or selective eating
  • Introducing solids to infants at 6 months
  • Support for the general needs of each family member (eg. sports nutrition for young athletes, meeting unique nutrient requirements, navigating intolerances or allergies, and more)

Individualized Nutrition Support

This comprehensive initial assessment includes a review of your current goals, nutritional intake, and lifestyle habits. Your Dietitian will discuss your specific goals and current challenges to create a customized strategy including menu planning, supplement recommendations, habit formation, and more.

Initial consult (90 minutes): $200.00 This comprehensive assessment allows your Dietitian to better understand your goals, nutritional habits, and lifestyle. You’ll discuss specific concerns, goals, and challenges, then work to create an individualized strategy that may encompass menu planning, supplementation recommendations, lifestyle changes, and more!

Follow-up appointments (60 minutes): $130.00

                                            (30 minutes): $70.00

Ongoing appointments with your Dietitian will help you meet your goals with confidence and evidence-based guidance! The ongoing support of a Registered Dietitian can help promote your whole-body health, blood-work, body composition goals, and general sense of wellbeing.

Comprehensive Nutrition Coaching

Those of us who want to succeed have a better chance with the ongoing support and help from a knowledgable mentor! Vitality’s Comprehensive Nutrition Coaching program is their most popular plan, offering ongoing support, accountability, and guidance to achieve your specific goals. This program includes a 60 minute initial consultation and weekly follow-up via email, video, or in-person for ongoing monitoring, adjusting and integration. You’ll work closely with your Dietitian to track metrics that relate to your specific health, body composition, and/or performance goals. You’ll also gain access to Vitality’s 12-week Nutrition Fundamentals Online Course to further enhance your understanding of nutrition science and habit formation.

Initial consultation (60 minutes) and weekly check-in’s: $65.00/week 12 week commitment
