Our multi-week group programs provide strength and conditioning that pertains to a particular focus area.
Programs are periodized throughout the duration of the course, promoting improvement in mobility, strength, balance, and overall health and fitness.

Osteoarthritis Exercise Intervention Program

Find strength, mobility, and pain management for hip & knee OA!

Craven SPORT Services is pleased to be offering an Osteoarthritis Exercise Intervention Program, based on the GLA:D Canada osteoarthritis exercise program. This program combines education sessions and neuro-muscular training over 8 weeks to provide an effective, evidence-based program for those with hip and/or knee osteoarthritis.

This program is run by a physiotherapist, meaning receipts may qualify for extended health benefits coverage.

Fit 4 Life

Fit 4 Life offers supervised training sessions tailored to the needs of older adults. Led by experienced coaches, these sessions focus on exercises that improve strength, balance, and mobility. Dedicated training times are available, providing a comfortable and motivating environment.

Strong Kids

Is this a fit for me?
Geared for children aged 10-13 years old, this 8 week training program focuses on building the fundamentals of training to help set up your child for success throughout their lives, no matter what their current experience level is.

How will I benefit from this?

  • Learn the fundamentals of Strength and Conditioning
  • Train in our state-of-the-art facility with strength & conditioning coaches
  • Ensure proper technique and form
  • Prevent future injuries

What can I expect?
Strong Kids is a 8 week youth training program offered twice a week through one-hour sessions over 8 weeks. This program aims to provide youth ages 10-13 an opportunity to learn about the fundamentals of strength training with an emphasis on correct form and safety in training. Youth will train with Strength & Conditioning coaches at the Craven SPORT Services Training Centre. Strong Kids is open to all skill levels and abilities, whether you have a large amount of prior strength training, or if it’s your first time! This program is also open to all athletes, regardless of your sport of choice (even if that’s no sports at all)!

DRY ICE

Dry-land science for on-ice performance!

Join our team of physiotherapists and strength & conditioning coaches for this immersive high-performance hockey training program. DRY ICE embodies a revolutionary approach to hockey training, designed to combine strength & conditioning alongside athlete testing, tracking, and monitoring. Senior Boys, Senior Girls, Junior Boys, and Junior Girls groups now available.
