Craven CONNECT @ HOME personal training Don't let distance get in your way
Remote strength and conditioning involves the use of communication technologies that enable you and your coach to connect via telephone or video call in order to receive exercise programming and guidance at a distance, when in-person visits are not possible.
You may consider a remote personal training:
• When you are unable to attend an in-person visit
• When you are travelling (either for leisure or for your sport) and want to ensure continuity in your progress
• To bring the Craven method of strength training with you wherever you go
Are Craven CONNECT @ HOME sessions similar to in-person sessions?
Remote personal training differs from in-person coaching such that your trainer is unable to perform hands-on guidance and adjustments. Remote personal training is the same as in-person coaching such that your trainer will ensure compliance with all relevant privacy and security requirements and legislation during the provision of in-person or remote services. Policies and procedures are maintained at the same standard as in-person encounters for documentation, maintenance, and transmission of the records of the encounter using telerehabilitation technologies.
What to expect during a session:
During your Craven CONNECT @ HOME personal training session, your coach will work with you to understand your goals, become aware of any potential injuries or vulnerabilities, and to design and implement a personal exercise plan unique to you. Exercise programs will be shared with clients via email following the completion of their session to allow for at-home utilization.
To partake in a Craven CONNECT @ HOME personal training session, clients will require a smart-phone with a front-facing camera OR a computer with a webcam. While telephone conversations may be appropriate in some cases, the lack of visual aid will limit the extent and scope of assistance and instruction.
Consent forms and information packages:
After booking your Craven CONNECT @ HOME personal training session, you will receive consent forms and a session information bundle via email. Please be sure to review and complete these forms prior to your session.
New and ongoing support is available for teams who wish to continue their strength and conditioning remotely with Craven SPORT services. For additional information regarding team training, please contact Jill Gallays (Director of Training) at email@example.com
$50.00 (60 minute)
*Please note that existing clients with credit for personal training sessions via MINDBODY may re-allocate these funds toward remote personal training. Please speak with an administrator for further details.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Craven CONNECT @ HOME PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS follow the same cancellation policies as in-person bookings. to ensure the efficiency of our clinic and your own progress, we ask that clients please provide a minimum of 12 hours notice for any changed or cancelled sessions. failure to provide appropriate notice may result in the charge of a $50 cancellation fee.
