Train for strength, power &
Progressional Training provides CSS clients with the opportunity to work on periodized programs, updated as the individual gains strength and confidence in movement. Programs are individualized to reflect loads and repetitions appropriate to the individual’s current fitness level, and are completed in a small-group environment under the supervision of a CSS strength and conditioning coach. This program is ideal for clients looking to accomplish full-body fitness!
Work on your individualized progressional training program in a small-group environment. Sessions are available during our daily Flex Training Times at the CSS Training Centre.

Sessions are 60 minutes in duration, and begin every half-hour during Flex Training.
Please note that participation in Progressional Training Flex Sessions requires the completion of a Training Centre Intro Package with a CSS strength and conditioning coach.
$300.00 ($15.00/session); approx. 2 months of training, 2 programs
$1350.00 ($13.50/session); approx. 12 months of training, 12 programs
Strong(HER) Phase II is a weight-training program, designed by women, for women. Led by CSS Strength and Conditioning Coach Susan Walsh, participants will learn to lift weights and build full-body strength in a supportive, female-only environment.
Sessions are 60 minutes in duration, and take place Monday and Wednesday evenings, 7:00-8:00pm at the CSS Training Centre.
Please note that Strong(HER) Phase I is a requirement of Strong(HER) Phase II. For more information on Strong(HER) Phase I, click here.
Strong(HIM) is a weight-training program, designed by men, for men. Led by CSS Strength and Conditioning Coach Sam Whiting, participants will learn to lift weights and build full-body strength in a supportive, male-only environment.
Sessions are 60 minutes in duration, and take place Tuesdays, 8:00-9:00pm at the CSS Training Centre.
Please note that a CSS Training Centre Intro Pack must be completed prior to participation in the Strong(HIM) program.
