Strong(HER) Phase II is a weight-training program, designed by women, for women. Led by CSS Strength and Conditioning Coach Susan Walsh, participants will learn to lift weights and build full-body strength in a supportive, female-only environment.
Sessions are 60 minutes in duration, and take place Monday and Wednesday evenings, 7:00-8:00pm at the CSS Training Centre.
