Building athletic foundations to help youth succeed!
Learn to Move is a weight and agility training circuit program designed for athletes ages 8-12. These 1-hour sessions are offered 3x/week (participants can attend whichever sessions fit their schedules!), and are designed to teach young athletes strength training, proper movement patterns, body mechanics, coordination, and balance. This introductory approach to strength training allows athletes from across sports to thrive, whilst preventing injury and providing one-on-one sport-specific attention.
Before taking part in Learn to Move, participants must complete a CSS Training Centre Intro Package, allowing them to build familiarity with our space, identify goals, and receive an introduction to Craven Strength Training.

CANCELLATION POLICY: MULTI-SESSION ‘LEARN TO MOVE’ PACKAGE PURCHASES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ‘LEARN TO MOVE’ SESSIONS MISSED OR CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 12 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF CREDIT FOR THAT SESSION. IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING TO CANCEL OR RE-SCHEDULE A ‘LEARN TO MOVE’ SESSION IN THE MINDBODY APP, OUR ADMINISTRATORS WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU.
