Welcome to Step 1 of your ongoing health and fitness journey with the CSS Training Centre!

The Craven SPORT services Training Centre Intro Package is designed as an on-boarding process for clients new to our space. After completing your Intro Package, you’ll be comfortable with the space and its equipment, understand the “How-To’s” of Craven Strength Training, and be ready to continue into either ongoing individual or group programming!

Each session includes:

  • 3 1-hour personal training sessions with a Strength & Conditioning Coach

  • An individualized exercise program, catered to your body, strength, and goals

  • 10% off your first purchase of ongoing Training Centre programming

During your Intro Package, our Strength & Conditioning Coaches will help you identify your health and fitness goals, then work alongside you to build an individualized exercise program that will best meet your needs, and ensure your success in future Training Centre programming.

After completing your Intro Package, your Strength & Conditioning Coach will work alongside you to determine which CSS Training Centre programs will best meet your needs and goals moving forward. After completing an Intro Package, you will be ready to participate in:

  • ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING: work individually with a Strength & Conditioning Coach to build strength, confidence, and skill!
  • SUPERVISED TRAINING: a small-group environment in which participants work on their individualized exercise programs, under the supervision of a Strength & Conditioning Coach
  • PROGRESSIONAL TRAINING: a small-group environment in which participants move through the CSS periodized program plan, updated monthly, under the supervision of a Strength & Conditioning Coach.
