Interval-based cycling training, designed to
build cardio, strength, and power

‘Flex Cycling’ is a class offered daily at the CSS Training Centre, designed to provide an opportunity for cycling-based endurance and strength development. Utilizing interval-based training, this program fosters power, cardio, and endurance both on and off the bike. Participants bring their own bike (note: slick tire required), which are attached in-session to our state-of-the-art bicycle trainers and remotely synched to unique interval training programs. 
 

Use this program either in isolation, or alongside Supervised Training or Progressional Training to make the most of all that the CSS Training Centre has to offer!

(Please note that Supervised Training credits may be used to register for Flex Cycling using the MINDBODY app. To register with Progressional Training credits, please contact a CSS administrator)

Please note that classes are limited to six participants/session. 
Advanced registration is required. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: PURCHASES OF flex cycling MULTI-PACKS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. flex cycling SESSIONS THAT ARE MISSED OR CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 12 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF CREDIT FOR THAT SESSION. IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING TO CANCEL OR RE-SCHEDULE A flex cycling SESSION ON THE MINDBODY APP, OUR ADMINISTRATORS WILL BE HAPPY TO ASSIST YOU.
