Osteoarthritis Program

Improved management of your
osteoarthritis pain is possible!

OA PROGRAM LOGO

Craven SPORT Services is pleased to be offering an Osteoarthritis Exercise Intervention Program, based on the GLA:D Canada osteoarthritis exercise program. The program combines education and neuro-muscular training over 8 weeks to provide an effective, evidence-based program for those with osteoarthritis.

Clients of the CSS Osteoarthritis Exercise Intervention program have experienced first-hand the power of exercise in reducing a reliance on pain medication, improving symptoms, and enabling a return to regular (or new) activity.

By working alongside the CSS Osteoarthritis Team, you’ll have the opportunity to gain improved control of this extremely common chronic condition through a combination of evidence-based education, movement, and strength training.

This program is led by CSS physiotherapists Jared Stevens, Ty VandersteenTaylor Klassen, & Angela Braun.
This means you can submit your receipts to your insurance provider for reimbursement!

(Always consult your unique plan for any limitations or coverage maximums*)
