Katherine was born and raised in Humboldt, Saskatchewan, where she developed an early love for movement, sport, and fitness! Since attending the University of Saskatchewan for her Bachelors of Kinesiology (2009) and Masters of Physical Therapy (2012) she has called Saskatoon home.
In her professional life, Katherine loves promoting the health and fitness of clients at all ages and stages. She has a keen interest in women’s health, and has completed her Pelvic Floor Levels I & II through Pelvic Health Solutions. Outside of her pelvic floor therapy, Katherine enjoys supporting the management and/or recovery of MSK concerns, and working alongside third-party insurance clients. She has completed the McKenzie Part A & B courses, and applies this knowledge of spinal health and function into her practice on a regular basis.
Outside of work, Katherine enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. They love spending their summers together at their cabin at Candle Lake. Katherine also has a long history of involvement in sport (soccer, volleyball, dance, and track & field), and is still involved with soccer to this day!
